Up for sale/auction is a Holden VT Commodore Drag Car. This last raced in super street in 2003-2004. It ran a Holden VT 5.0 block stroked to 355. Motor made 520hp at the flywheel and then we ran 200 hit of gas full track. Car ran constant 11.2 at 126 mile N/A and ran best time of 10.1 at 135 on gas back in 2003, 60 foot times around 1.60 with a trans brake set up. It will be sold as a rolling chassis and is set up for Holden 5.0 block (engine mounts) with a powerglide (cross member and tail shaft supplied). This car is a full steel and plastic roller as when it came out of the factory (bonnet, boot etc) it has NO rust and is in excellent condition for its age. It has a Hornet Scoop, Aussie Desert Cooler triple flow radiator and VT twin thermo fans which mount up to the radiator. Has 4 into 1 custom exhaust (built by Performance Street and Strip) for VN heads (we ran Dave Bennet -9 series heads) which are HPC coated and then 3 inch exhaust (slip on) into two high flow mufflers to tips which dump just prior to the diff, so you can run Super Street or take them off for Super Sedan. It has 90-10 s and runs 15x 6 inch interceptor rims with BF Goodrich sports 205/65/15 tyres. Still running VT steering rack which was modified to run non power steer but runs fluid through it to keep seals moist, and VT disk brake front end with EBC Brake pads.
